Secure Software and Online Meeting Services for Private Conferences!
e/pop web conferencing is one of the most
private and secure web
conferencing solutions available today. First and
foremost, it is available as installable software
(customer premise server) for the ultimate in complete
control. e/pop is also available as an online service (hosted server),
for ease of secure service activation.
With on-premise software, you have complete control over physical security, web conference
routing, and access to server event logs. You also have
user-level controls, for example, you can enforce server-wide SSL/TLS, or allow SSL
to be optional for each conference. e/pop also has feature controls such as limiting
its sharing and remote control capabilities.
e/pop makes it easy to implement and support your
company security policies. All security features are
clearly displayed and easy to update at the click of a
mouse. e/pop supports the leading industry standards,
including the ability to define SSL3/TLS connections on
your conferencing server, plus integration points for
using your own on-premise or 3rd party public key
infrastructure (PKI).

More About SSL3/TLS Connections & Your PKI
SSL3 and TLS are encryption technologies used to secure
the communication between two computers, typically a
client and server. SSL3 and TLS are IETF (Internet
Engineering Task Force) standards that are widely
adopted.
SSL3 and TLS support are available in e/pop Web
Conferencing as a standard feature. To make systems
administration easy, e/pop can use its own built-in key
management system. For sensitive applications, system
administrators can use a standards based X.509 security
certificate provided by companies like Verisign, Entrust
and others, or even an existing Certificate Authority
within their own company.
The e/pop SSL3/TLS implementation provides RC4, IDEA,
DES, 3DES, AES, RSA encryption as various options to the
SSL3/TLS standard and SHA or MD5 hashing for signing.
Options for signing, encryption and key length are
configurable at the server.
