Configure e/pop Web Conferencing server for one IP address
The steps below will guide you in configuring the e/pop Web Conferencing server to listen on only one of the IP addresses assigned to the network card. In this example we will use 192.168.0.3 for e/pop Web Conferencing server.
Log into the conferencing server with an admin account and,
a. Click the Systems link.
b. Ensure the Local Host section contains the correct IP address. In this example we will use 192.168.0.3.
c. Enable the Bind local host address only option.
d. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Stop the e/pop Web Conferencing server Windows service. To open the Windows service utility you must click on
Start > Control Panel. > Administrative Tools > Services.
In the Windows services window, select e/pop Web Conferencing server and click the stop button located on the main toolbar.
