Web Collaboration
e/pop is a complete real-time communications suite. Even if you have web collaboration software to manage projects and file folders, e/pop can add the real-time component: desktop and applications sharing, plus
state-of-the-art audio (VoIP) and (multiparty) video conferencing. If web based collaboration software is entirely new to your organization, e/pop includes all of the above, plus browser sharing, chat, annotation, and white boarding. You can
open any number of items to share, and hosts and presenters have complete control over the web conferencing collaboration session.

Application Sharing
Share any application by going to the "Share" pull-down menu and selecting Application.
You will be prompted to select from a list of applications already running on
your PC, simply click on the one you want to share. To stop sharing, just click on "Stop Sharing" in the upper right-hand corner.

- Share any application
- The presenter and all participants view the application being shared (not just two parties)
- If desired, the presenter can even allow remote users keyboard and mouse input
- You can share an application even while sharing other documents and conducting a multiparty audio and video conference

Annotation
Host and presenters can point, highlight, and take advantage of a rich variety of annotation tools (text, arrows, shapes, etc.).
In addition, presenters can give participants annotation rights, so that they can highlight
areas of interest. You can use annotation on PowerPoint presentations, documents, even applications and desktops!

If allowed, you can even have multiple chat windows open. The chat windows support simple and rich text formatting, including fonts, colors, and graphics.
