Visibly Superior, Multipoint Video Conferencing
e/pop is not limited to one presenter, or four presenters, anyone and everyone can use video (within limits set by conference host and IT staff). The meeting host can change video devices, quality, size and frame rate (fps) in real-time, no need to re-start the conference as required by other products. While advanced users can make individual video settings, it’s easy to open the Conference menu, and ‘Set All Video To’ and just pick low, medium or high. Picture in Picture (PIP), best fit and floating window layouts let conference hosts pick the most productive format for their meeting. Note: e/pop uses H263, MPEG, and MPEG4 codecs. It supports multiple, live videos.

e/pop goes far beyond traditional boardroom video conferencing equipment and provides complete multiparty PowerPoint presentation sharing as a standard feature. There is no need to pre-process your presentations, just select Share PowerPoint. Attendees see beautiful presentations (with vector and image graphics rendered just like PowerPoint itself).

Video Record & Playback
e/pop supports web and video conferencing record and playback. You can record your online meetings using several (Flash, QuickTime, AVI and WMV) formats. The recording includes presentations and shared materials (PowerPoint presentations, documents, application and desktop sharing, VoIP and video). You can save your session recordings in industry standard formats and edit them using a wide variety of 3rd party editors and media suites. The resulting movies and clips can be saved for future reference, uploaded to web sites, shared project folders and more.

Easy to Maintain
e/pop includes all the components necessary for web, VoIP and multipoint video conferencing. There are no prerequisites for databases, web servers, JVM and so on. No 3rd party rev-level mismatches and maintenance complexities to worry about.

Secure
e/pop is one of the most secure conferencing solutions available today. It is available as installed software, so you have control over physical security, IP traffic routing, and access to your server event logs. You decide whether always use standard TCP/IP connections, let your meeting hosts decide to encrypt their connections, or always use TLS/SSL3 (Secure Socket Layer 3) secure connections.

For sensitive applications, you can also use your own certificates and/or public key infrastructure (PKI). Detailed settings include SHA or MD5 hash for signing; RC4, IDEA, DES, 3DES, AES, RSA for encryption, with key lengths from 40 to 4096. Once selected, all conference features (video, VoIP, PowerPoint sharing, desktop sharing, etc.) result in one data stream over one secured IP connection to the server. There are no peer-to-peer connections and no broadcast protocols used in this product.

Controls govern user accounts, conference rooms, features (e.g., disable remote control), and QoS bandwidth limits. Settings are easy to make, and WiredRed staff are always available to help.

Customization
One of the biggest advantages of e/pop is customization. You can edit your welcome screen, logos, color schemes and more. You can even register your e/pop server with your DNS and create your own conferencing URL (e.g., videomeeting.mycompany.com).
