WiredRed^® Software Expands Operations with Two
New Offices in Europe

San Diego, California -- October 27, 2004 – WiredRed®, a technology leader in enterprise real-time communications software, today announced that it has expanded its business operations with two new offices in France and the U.K. As European headquarter offices, WiredRed U.K and e/pop France will both market and sell WiredRed’s e/pop® products, a line of Real-Time Communications software which includes secure instant messaging and web conferencing software. WiredRed provides organizations that wish to manage, maintain and control secure Real-Time Communications in-house with affordable, proven and technically advanced on-premise secure instant messaging and web conferencing software solutions.

According to Wainhouse Research, a leading industry analyst group, the marketplace for web conferencing products and services will grow to be well over $1 billion by 2008. According to WiredRed’s CEO Steven Peltier, the market for Real-Time Communications software in Europe is largely under-addressed and under-supplied, which presents WiredRed with a tremendous opportunity for company growth.

WiredRed U.K. is led by Managing Director Tom Sloan. Sloan has more than 20 years of experience as an executive specializing in managing technical sales, support and distribution efforts. Sloan is the former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the EMEA region for ICS Advent, a manufacturer of industrial computers.

Patrick Zucchetta is the CEO of e/pop France. Zucchetta brings more than 17 years of industry experience that includes helping U.S.-based companies to develop a presence in Europe. He was formerly the CEO of Industrial Computer Source France and Doremi Technologies, a manufacturer of digital media servers.
