complete record and playback capabilities. The new
‘Record & Playback’ feature extends far beyond
traditional solutions that are limited to capturing
PowerPoint slides or an audio track, to allow the
meeting host to save the entire rich media session with
a click of the mouse. Sessions including audio,
multi-party video, application and PowerPoint sharing
can be saved in multiple cross-platform formats,
including Macromedia Flash, Windows AVI and QuickTime.
Depending on file format selected and access rights, the
conference recording may be edited by a wide variety of
third-party multimedia editing tools popular among users
of Macintosh, Linux and Windows operating systems.
Many schools and corporate training organizations have
been hindered by the proprietary recording formats found
in traditional web conferencing services. The use of
industry standard recording formats and related
multimedia editing tools allows training and education
programs to fully integrate live conference recordings
with existing editing suites and playback-on-demand
programs.
Record & Playback records the entire conference session,

conference URL is automatically added to the attendee’s

a fixed-price, out-of-the box solution that can be
installed in approximately five minutes by a network or
IT administrator.

Layer (SSL3) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) as
standard security features. It also includes new
integration points allowing the customer to use their
