Conferencing now supports the initiation of web
conferences from all Microsoft® Office applications.
This new added support for Office features the ability
to launch complete web and video conferences directly
from Microsoft Word®, Excel®, Visio®, FrontPage®,
Access®, Publisher®, Project®, PowerPoint® and Outlook®.
Users can start conferences by clicking on their desktop
quick-start icon or web conferencing tool button within
an Office application, or by right clicking the desktop
or on any Office document. e/pop provides fully
interactive sessions for all participants to include
multi-party video, VoIP, remote control, plus complete
desktop, application/document and dynamic presentation
sharing. In addition, users can send Outlook Calendar
invitations allowing participants to confirm scheduled
conferences and join directly from links in their
Outlook calendar.

Integration with Office joins major new feature
additions to e/pop Web Conferencing, including support

feature that extends far beyond traditional solutions
that are limited to capturing PowerPoint slides or an
audio track, to allow the meeting host to save the
entire rich media session with a click of the mouse.
Sessions including audio, application and PowerPoint
sharing can be saved in multiple cross-platform formats,
including Macromedia Flash, Windows AVI and QuickTime.

(video) and un-mute all (VoIP) features making it easy
to run multi-party audio and video conferencing for 10
or more attendees.
