
Steve Peltier
Chief Executive Officer
Steve Peltier has more than 20 years of senior executive management experience during which he successfully led sales, business development and company expansion efforts on an international scale while managing the capital resources of companies in the early to mid-stages of growth. He was formerly the President and CEO of San Diego, California-based ICS/Advent Corporation, which designed, manufactured and integrated industrial PC-based computing platforms for industrial automation, telephony and data center applications for companies such as AT&T, British Telecom, France Telecom, Telephonos de Mexico, Northern Telecom and Lucent. Peltier co-founded the company in 1987 and was instrumental in the company's global growth, achieving revenues of more than $100 million, and standing as the third-largest supplier of industrial computers in the world. Prior to ICS/Advent, Peltier was the Chief Financial Officer of The Sickels Group, a diversified real estate development company headquartered in San Diego. Peltier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California (retired status).

Allen Drennan
Chief Technology Officer, Founder and Chairman
Allen Drennan brings to WiredRed more than 12 years of experience in the computer industry, including network management and software design. Prior to founding WiredRed, he was Director of Technology and Operations for Advanta National Bank, where he directed the infrastructure, support and technology for Advanta's national network of computers, servers and employees. Previously, Drennan was Manager of Networks for all ITT Financial Corporation offices across the country. In this position, he was responsible for managing the organization's high performance networks and broadband communications. Prior to ITT, Drennan held positions in computer technology at Fremont Insurance Corporation and Pacific Compensation Insurance.

Henry Evans
Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Henry Evans is responsible for driving national account sales (end-users), establishing strategic partnerships, and managing the company's business partnership programs. Prior to joining WiredRed, Evans served as the international marketing and customer service manager at Nexian, Inc., a La Jolla, California-based GPS and location services company. While at Nexian, Evans directed international partnership development, distribution, sales and marketing activities for the company's expansion into the U.K., France and Germany. Additionally, Evans has held various sales, strategy and marketing positions for technology and commercial real estate firms. Evans received a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Tom Toperczer
Vice President, Marketing
Tom Toperczer has over 15 years' experience in enterprise software and information technology marketing. In addition to marketing communications, he brings strategic planning, market development, brand management and direct response marketing experience to the team. During his career, Toperczer played key roles in pioneering Internet conferencing, storage management software, and document imaging applications. Toperczer served with publicly-traded Previo (formerly known as Stac Software) most recently as Director of Marketing and Product Management, where he was instrumental in the worldwide roll-out of two generations of storage management software and some of the earliest applications of traditional direct response marketing techniques to electronic media. Prior positions also include V.P. of Marketing for Imspace Systems and Mountain Computer. Earlier in his career, Toperczer served as a software engineer and U.S.M.C., telecommunications officer. Toperczer holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California San Diego, and an M.B.A. from the University of San Diego.

Colin Theseira
Director of Design and Engineering
As Director of Design and Engineering, Colin Theseira is responsible for WiredRed's technical services, product design, and day-to-day technical support operations. Prior to joining the WiredRed executive team, Theseira was a Senior Network Engineer at Advanta Mortgage, where he was responsible for planning a company wide upgrade of Windows 3.11 to Windows 95, implementing a system to synchronize Windows NT Domain and Novell's NDS and managing network operations. At Logic Network Solutions, Theseira was the Senior Network Engineer who was responsible for a large number of network-related projects and managed a group of network engineers. Theseira is a certified Novell Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
